Spotlight sort on the list
The sidebar sort Spotlight shows up to 20 companies ranked by team size and raised capital (orange badge on each card). Open the map with ?preview=spotlight. Separate from paid Featured.

Desktop pin popups
On wide screens, clicking a pin opens a Leaflet popup again while the sidebar still shows full detail. Mobile keeps the bottom sheet as before.

Empty list shortcuts
When filters return no matches, the list offers Reset filters and a link to add a startup.

Shell theme preview
On localhost (or with ?shell-preview=1), a bottom-right switcher lets you compare Framed, White, and Soft page backgrounds on the map and subpages.

Cluster & list polish
Taps on numbered clusters (2, 3, 5…) open the filtered Map area list more reliably on small screens, with less map jitter after zoom.

Routine polish across the site. Header and logo stay stable when you hop between the map and subpages, and July date stamps are refreshed.

Request a change
The add form now has a toggle between Submit new and Request a change. Spot something wrong on an existing listing? Send the startup name, what to fix, and your email. We usually update entries within a few days.

Startup list refresh
Reviewed new submissions from the add form and updated the directory. Fresh entries appear on the map after a quick manual check.

Subpage layout polish
Add, Updates, and Terms now use a flat white column with no grey gutter or card frame. Ads and the 404 page use a plain centred layout with a top bar and primary CTA. The header stays sticky and lines up with the map when you hop between pages; long forms scroll properly. Bad URLs serve the custom 404 after deploy.

236 companies & 6 hubs, batches 16–21
Added 236 verified Cracow startups and six new hubs (ABAN.VC, Pro-Holding, Crossweb, Dmt Klaster Innowacji, Binkplus Incubator, Roboticon) across six data batches. The map now lists 686 companies and 22 hubs. Highlights include ALDI Technology Hub, StatSoft Polska, NEOMEDIC, Predictive Solutions, Tetrisly, LiveBank, and Giraffe Studio, plus SaaS, MedTech, Marketing, and EdTech teams around Podgórze and Zabłocie.

Floating sidebar on map view
On desktop map view the startup list now floats as a card over the map instead of sitting beside it, the map runs full width underneath, with zoom and list controls shifted to stay clear of the panel. List and footer share one rounded shell, and empty filter results show a clearer no-matches state.

Hover tooltips while a pin is selected
Selecting a company no longer hides name labels on other pins, you can keep one popup open and still preview neighbours on hover.

The /add/ form now delivers to our review queue; successful submits show an on-page confirmation instead of a dead-end.
